These Terms of Use do not create platform access, onboarding approval, regulated service access, infrastructure partner approval or any commercial relationship with Novolut.

1. About Novolut

Novolut provides a financial infrastructure operating layer for international business.

The Novolut platform is designed to help qualified businesses and approved partners coordinate access, workflows, records, routing, reporting and reconciliation across connected financial infrastructure.

Novolut may support workflows involving accounts, payments, FX, liquidity coordination, approved settlement flows, corporate cards, payment acceptance, reporting and operational controls through one controlled platform environment.

Novolut does not provide all underlying regulated financial services directly. The underlying regulated infrastructure may be provided by approved banking, payment, EMI, issuing, acquiring, custody, settlement, liquidity, FX, compliance or other infrastructure partners, depending on the product, jurisdiction, use case and approval status.

2. Website use only

This website is provided for general informational, commercial and institutional communication purposes.

The website may include information about:

Access to Novolut products, workflows, platform functionality, infrastructure partners or commercial arrangements is not automatic.

Access may require:

• KYB, KYC and UBO verification;
• director and ownership checks;
• sanctions and PEP screening;
• business activity review;
• source-of-funds or source-of-activity review;
• expected-flow assessment;
• infrastructure partner approval;
• contractual approval;
• technical approval;
• compliance and risk review.

Submitting a request form, contacting Novolut or discussing a potential opportunity does not create any right to access the platform, receive services or enter into a commercial arrangement.

Novolut may decline, pause, restrict, suspend or terminate any request, onboarding process, platform access, workflow, route, transaction, use case, partner inquiry or commercial discussion where required.

5. Platform, portal and login access

Any login, portal, dashboard or platform access made available by Novolut is intended only for approved users, approved clients, approved partners or authorized representatives.

You must not attempt to access any account, portal, dashboard, API, system, data, workflow or platform environment unless you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for keeping any login credentials, access links, authentication methods, devices and user permissions secure.

Novolut may restrict, suspend or terminate portal, platform or login access where unauthorized use, suspicious activity, security risk, compliance risk, misuse or breach of these Terms is identified.

Access to any platform, portal or dashboard may also be subject to separate agreements, onboarding terms, partner terms, user rules, product terms or infrastructure partner requirements.

6. Request forms and submitted information

You may submit information to Novolut through website forms, request forms or other approved communication channels.

You agree that any information you submit should be accurate, complete, current and not misleading.

You must not submit:

• false information;
• misleading business descriptions;
• fake documents;
• incomplete ownership information;
• unsupported transaction claims;
• inaccurate source-of-funds information;
• unauthorized third-party information;
• information relating to prohibited or illegal activity;
• information intended to bypass onboarding, compliance or provider restrictions.

Novolut may use submitted information to review requests, assess business activity, qualify potential clients or partners, conduct onboarding, perform compliance review, evaluate infrastructure feasibility, respond to inquiries or manage potential commercial relationships.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Novolut Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable website use

You may use the website only for lawful, legitimate and informational purposes.

• scam-related activity;
• ransomware-related activity;
• darknet-related activity;
• mixer or tumbler-related activity;
• unsupported gambling activity;
• adult content where prohibited or unsupported;
• weapons, explosives or prohibited dual-use goods;
• high-risk financial services without approval;
• unrestricted digital asset activity;
• activity inconsistent with an approved business profile;
• any activity that conflicts with Novolut’s risk appetite, infrastructure partner requirements or applicable law.

Novolut may maintain internal restricted business categories that are not publicly disclosed.

9. Product descriptions and availability

Product descriptions, use cases, supported markets, currencies, rails, payment methods, settlement methods, card programs, payment acceptance options, stablecoin-related workflows, API references, integration descriptions and infrastructure references on this website are provided for general information only.

Availability may vary by:

10. Infrastructure partners

Novolut may work with approved infrastructure partners that provide banking, payment, EMI, issuing, acquiring, custody, settlement, liquidity, FX, OTC, compliance or other services.

Each infrastructure partner may apply its own onboarding, documentation, approval, risk, compliance, pricing, operational and contractual requirements.

Approval by Novolut does not guarantee approval by any infrastructure partner.

A client, partner, product, route, account, wallet structure, card program, merchant profile, payment method, transaction, corridor, settlement workflow or use case may be accepted by one infrastructure partner and restricted, reviewed or declined by another.

11. Digital asset and stablecoin-related content

Where the website refers to digital assets, stablecoins, wallet records, settlement flows, conversion pathways or digital asset-related workflows, such references are intended only for approved business, treasury, settlement or operational use cases where supported.

Nothing on this website should be understood as promoting unrestricted digital asset activity, speculative retail trading, investment activity, anonymous transfers, unsupported wallet activity or unapproved settlement flows.

Digital asset custody, liquidity, settlement, execution or screening services, where applicable, may be provided by approved third-party infrastructure partners under their own terms, licensing position, risk controls and compliance requirements.

12. Intellectual property

All website content, design elements, product names, text, graphics, visual assets, logos, interface concepts, documentation, product descriptions, platform architecture descriptions, use case descriptions and related materials are owned by or licensed to Novolut, unless otherwise stated.
